I had a few questions so sent an email and the reply again was prompt and very helpful. I like the idea of having a remote to test and hush any false alarms. two separate orders late one evening, realising I had to add an extra alarm for a 5-pack I had just purchased. I used the website "contact us" form in the hope of getting the orders consolidated into a single package, and also for the additional alarm to be synchronised / interconnected with the 5-pack. Christian called me first thing the next morning to confirm my requests, making sure I was happy with the solution he'd put in place. I had placed the orders and used the contact form at around 10pm Monday evening, received a call on Tuesday morning at 8:30am, and the package arrived today (Wednesday).
