Fast and efficient service. My order turned up prompt and intact. I was amazed at the ease

of setting up the smoke alarms and being able to fit them myself I saved almost $1000 on what I was quoted for a supply and fit. I had a few questions so sent an email and the reply again was prompt and very helpful. I like the idea of having a remote to test and hush any false alarms. We have a detached studio pod from the main house and the interconnected alarms worked in the detached pod which was perfect for our set up with a B & B in front and us out the back. Hello, if you've shared my frustration of understanding the new smoke alarm laws and

then trying to find what you need in Bunnings you will understand why I rate ZEN so high. I initially ordered what I thought was compliant from this website, only to be told by my sparky they were not. Sent a message to ZEN, they confirmed I'd understood the laws wrong, sent my order back, refund, Chris from there sent me a link with the exact combination.

Exceptional, professional and engaged with customer needs and problem solving. I placed

two separate orders late one evening, realising I had to add an extra alarm for a 5-pack I had just purchased. I used the website "contact us" form in the hope of getting the orders consolidated into a single package, and also for the additional alarm to be synchronised / interconnected with the 5-pack. Christian called me first thing the next morning to confirm my requests, making sure I was happy with the solution he'd put in place. I had placed the orders and used the contact form at around 10pm Monday evening, received a call on Tuesday morning at 8:30am, and the package arrived today (Wednesday). We need more businesses like this!

Delivery

Orders are shipped from our south east QLD warehouse using Australia Post. Australia Post will email a tracking number which can be used to monitor delivery progress. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
